Just updating my fitness/diet log...
Wed
Fitness- 40 min cardio
Diet- sausage burrito, chicken salad sandwich, pretzels, chocolate martini, vanilla wafers
Thurs
Diet- South Beach bar, soup and salad combo from Panera, 1/2 Bowl Appetit, pretzels w/apple butter, piece of pie (not a great day! lol)
And the plan for today...
Fitness- 45 min cardio, 15 min weights
Diet- SB bar, Bowl Appetit, pretzels, string cheese, salad for dinner, maybe a glass of wine or two
