I Left My Heart in Lake Mills, WI

Ok, so the title is far more melodramatic than I intended. Matt and I had a great time at the Fargo Mansion B&B last night. We drove through Cambridge early in the day, had coffee at The Daily Grind, then drove to our B&B in Lake Mills. I soaked in the jacuzzi tub for an hour and napped before we headed to El Mariachi for dinner. We spent the next 4-5 hrs at Tyranena Brewing Co drinking and playing Scrabble. At the end of the night, two locals entertained us for an hour with anecdotes on WI gun control and crazy sports fans. I took another soak in the tub this morning before we left. I am not particularly sad about leaving Lake Mills, as relaxing as it was...I'm just sad because my vacay is now over and it's back to The Daily Grind (of the corporate persuasion) tomorrow. Getting out of bed tomorrow won't be easy...and that's why they invented caffeine!
