Boobies on the Brain

I have never thought about my boobs more than I have these past few weeks. They were pretty tender/sore up until about yesterday. For some reason they are pain-free today, which worries me, because loss of symptoms is a sign of impending miscarriage. I did experience nausea today (especially when I brushed my teeth...ack!), which is a little reassuring. But I honestly won't be able to rest easy until I see/hear that little heartbeat during an ultrasound. :-/
