Update

Things aren't moving along quite as I wish they would. Still spotting, nothing more. There is a good chance I'll need a D&C after all. The good news is they'd only be putting me under Twilight Sedation and not General Anasthesia, so it's not as nerve-wracking.

I am still hoping things can progress naturally - the less invasive, the better! Keep your fingers crossed for me. Either way, this will all be over, one way or another, this time next week...
