Arrrgh

Ok so I am not losing any weight. Must be all the juices Matt is making me drink...lots of sugar and calories! I have also been relatively sedentary this week.

So now the plan is to plan my meals and snacks ahead of time and walk on my stepper every day.

Here's the menu for today:
b: Boost smoothie
s: yogurt
l: energy bar
s: string cheese
d: mac & cheese and broccoli w/cheese

I also plan to do my stepper for the duration of 4 songs on my IPod. Next week I'll up it to 6 songs, and will continue to add 2 songs every week thereafter.
