Lookin' Good!!

I finally joined a gym. Originally, the plan was to join the Cardinal Fitness near my center. When I went to check it out I felt very uncomfortable and left without joining. On Sunday I checked out the Huntley rec center and joined. It's $29/mo and only a couple miles from the house. I may upgrade to the $50 membership, which includes classes. I am going to focus on cardio and weights this month, though.

I have also been eating less this week. I went on a binge for a few weeks there, but I have regained control.

Fitness Log
Sun- 30 min cardio, 15 min weights
Tues- 40 min cardio, 15 min weights

Food Log
Sun- 2 pieces of toast w/ apple butter, meatloaf, side salad, 1 piece french silk pie
Mon- McD's $1 parfait, jalapeno burger (1/2 bun), side of pasta salad, trail mix, vanilla wafers
Tues- McD's sausage burrito, Asian salad from Applebee's

The fitness plan for tomorrow is 60 min of cardio. For fuel...peanut butter on toast for breakfast, string cheese and a power bar for lunch, and chicken burritos for dinner with broccoli on the side.
