Good News

I got on the scale this morning...and I'm down 2.3 lbs!! I haven't been logging the past couple days, but I was always pretty confident I was within my point's range. I have also been taking daily walks, which seems to be helping. This week my goal is to drink more water and start doing sit ups and push ups, in addition to the walking. Wish me luck!!
