Ok, so here is what I had intended to eat today:
B- Cereal (5 pts)
L- string cheese, yogurt, SF bar
D- spaghetti and meatballs
Here's what I actually ate:
B- Cereal (5 pts)
L- SF bar (3 pts)
D- BBQ chicken salad and bread from Sports (a bar and grill next to the movie theater) (don't know the points amount, est. it to be 17)
So I was 5 over my max for the day. That just means I only have 25 flex points left for the week. Points-wise I cut it close; quality-wise, I'm satisfied with my choices for the day.
