Yesterday I had oatmeal for lunch, coffee in Galena, 3 mini buffalo chicken sandwiches, a side salad, 2 fried pickles, and some Doritos when we got home. I doubt that is within 20 pts (or even 25) but I passed on the side of fries and more fattening coffee drink. Progress is progress!
Today I am planning to have oatmeal, yogurt, and coffee for breakfast/lunch. Then for dinner I'll just have pb&j and some chips. I am going to the gym this morning and out dancing tonight, which is good exercise. I don't want to eat too much today - need to save some calories for alcohol! Ah...it's like I'm in college again!
