Just logging my pts for the day...for breakfast/lunch I had yogurt and an English muffin with butter and jelly. I had a handful of kettle chips for a snack. For dinner I had a side salad with honey mustard to start. Then I had a bunless burger with cheese, bacon, and BBQ sauce. I ordered rice pilaf instead of fries, but I only ate about half of that. At home I snacked on a popsicle. No idea how many pts I consumed...but I am guessing ~25 pts. I am only allowing myself 5 more flex pts for the week.
